INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped Garlic Chives
1 teaspoon of chopped oregano
1 teaspoon of Thyme
1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Cut clove of garlic in half and drizzle it with olive oil
Bake for 10 minutes or until garlic has turned golden brown
Once cooled, chop the roasted garlic
Method
Mix butter, herbs, salt and garlic in a small bowl until well
All ingredients are well combined. Scoop butter into parchment
Paper and shape into the form of a log and twist the ends to close.
Chill until firm and slice into rounds for use. Refrigerate
