Method
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
Use Non Stick Baking Spray a 12-inch tube pan.
Cream butter and cream cheese together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, oneat a time, beating well with each addition. Be careful not to over mix the batter. Add flour all at once and mix in. Mix in vanilla. Transfer batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 80 to 90 minutes until done. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Voila! Cream Cheese Pound Cake. Serve.

* 1 ½ cups butter softened not melted
* 1 room temperature (8 ounce) package cream cheese
* 3 cups white sugar
* 6 room temperature large eggs
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
